Pre-populate from CSV
Load an asset list so engineers arrive with dampers already listed — they just add results on site. Download the template, fill it in the office (Damper ID, Floor, Zone, Location, Type, Size), then import. Column order and capitalisation don't matter.
Move Between Devices
Filename format: LHS_Building_Date.json (from the Site / Building name).
Photo Backup
Extract every stored photo as JPEGs in one ZIP — named by damper and stage (e.g. FD-001_AsFound.jpg). A safety copy so photos can't be lost. Save it to Dropbox alongside the report.
